    After many years of loyalty, my parents business is looking to take matters elsewhere. There is NO business banker servicing the area. There has not been one for quite some time. This issue has been reported via the branch, online, over the phone and through other branches. NOTHING has been done. There are NO other avenues to discuss this with your corporation. What a disgrace for a 'big bank' to completely ignore simple requests such as ours. We are moving elsewhere as after 2 years of chasing down a business banker, having several run-ins with poorly trained staff and simply not having a branch manned (for over 15 minutes may I add-not smart being a bank and all!) merely a few days ago, we are tired of chasing something that doesn't exist. Pull your heads in Westpac as I imagine we are not the only ones noticing the complete and utter lack of customer service!
