  He is the most brilliant dentist. Having been afraid of dentists all my life I was terror stricken when I needed a broken tooth removed.

  Absolutely awful and scary experience. I walked out with blood on the outside of my cheeks from him trying to get me with the needle to numb my tooth.. i wriggled because it hurt a lot and he just launched himself on top of me and yelled at me to stay still while trying to get the needle in wherever he could basically. Thank god I am not a child, I would be tortured for life. I went to another dentist after this one and he was gentle, thoughtful, caring, communicative and just great just like how a dentist should be.

  I had heard great reports about Dr. Bruce Gray but being a natural sceptic I still worried about having to suffer horrible pain. What happened in the surgery, though, is unbelievable.

  Everything you look for in a dentist. Explains everything, demonstrates best practice teeth care, uses data and history, such a relief to know I am well looked after. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit!

  Not only did I not even feel the needles, but Dr. Gray worked on the tooth to be removed for a few minutes and then told me to rinse. At this stage I had trouble moving. 'Rigor mortis' might have set in? I was still waiting for the tooth to be painfully extracted.
