  Also the hose has way to much pressure if it was a small breed dog it wouldn't even be usable. Was frigidly cold. The air dryer has stuff all pressure. And because the pump doesn't work there's no disinfectant for the tub before or after use! Ever heard of parvo! I would expect a pet shop to me more responsible with the spread of infectious diseases.

  Dog wash out of order. Manager was aware of this but failed to tell us prior to inserting money. Had to use own shampoo as none was coming out. Let young boy know and he returned saying we could use a capful of the shampoo conditioner wash that was there as it wasn't working.

  When your equipment is out of order stop selling the product unless you can provide it! I now have to rewash my dog because it's only had quarter of the wash at full price somewhere else. Ridiculous when you already knew the pumps were not working. I'll make sure to let Dubbo dog club where not to go.

  No one asked if we needed any help.. We were in the store for 30mins spent $112 and stood at the counter for 10mins before a staff member came to serve us i had already figured out myself what tick treatment to use because we're taking our dog to a farm out west.. Not impressed at all

  Great variety of pet food and accessories. Also does Adopt a Pet with RSPCA. Staff always very helpful.

  Have a great inventory, and the handiness of being able to purchase pets that are from the RSPCA and rescued makes it worth supporting. However the staff could use with brushing up on there knowledge of pets, the varieties of pets could be increased, and the overall health and safety of the pets and how they are looked after while in care could be improved significantly, particularly when it comes to water for the cats and dogs.l

  It was just shampoo not conditioner. Asked for conditioner as well as the flea rinse as we had paid for it and had already used our own shampoo (all while time on the clock is running out) refused by manager so got a bit cranky and was returned 7.00 of the 10 dollars with a roll of the eyes.
