    Trying to deal with Tiffany Hart from the Dubbo office is like trying to draw blood from a stone. Clear inability to correspond effectively or proactively engage her client to respond in a timely manner is too much to ask. Perhaps the fact I'm self represented is why this treatment is occurring who knows. An unnecessarily drawn out matter (since January 2016) requires constant chasing up on our end and we receive no returns to phone calls or replies to emails. When we attempt to seek a reply the Administration officer Skye also takes pride in being disrespectful, rude and dismissive in her interactions. All in all an unpleasant and highly inappropriate experience. The Legal Services Commissioner however has been most helpful in navigating through our dissatisfaction with their incompetent service.
