    I visited a while ago, the air conditioner was broken and it was the middle of summer. I paid $180 for a cut and colour, to sit in the swelling heat. Not a very "luxury" feeling salon. Disappointed.

    My last appointment went for 5hours! That was for foils & a Dye , Executive hair stylist screwed up folis - had to go over them in a darker colour with another set of foils, But on a positive note when I was leaving she said " We wont charge you for the extra dye!" which was needed to fix up the huge blond spot on the side of my head!!
