Peaceful calm slice of historical heaven. Very kind nice staff / volunteer allowed us a delightful walk around when it was closing time. Would thoroughly recommend a visit here

Well worth a visit. About 2km down the road from the Dubbo zoo. Great to see the national trust restoring this historical property. Good display inside with volunteers who support the gift shop and cafe. Had home-cooked scones and tea. Needed more time.

Homey casual approach to this tourist stop. There was a knowledgeable and friendly guide and a pleasant Cafe. Food was above average... Although not quick. Well worth a visit as part of a visit to the zoo.
