  Worst customer Service we have had with a Ford Service company. We broke down in Dubbo on Tuesday about 12pm rang them told them what was happening , they said they could not look at that day but booked it in for 8am the next morning,we took it there that day so it was there in the morning, they rang a taxi for us to go to a motel. So we rang Wednesday after lunch to see what was happening they had not even looked at it, so had to book another night motel.They rang later that day and told us that the Bald joint lower arm had to replaced and had disc brake rotor and a set of break pads would take 3 and half hours. I ask them could they let us know before 10am the next day Thursday so we would not have to pay another night. They did not ring the service manager would not take our call, the girl said someone would ring in an hour did not happen. So we took the chance and booked out, rang again and they said 1pm it would be finished. I have had work done at the ford place in Young NSW and they gave us a car to get around while ours was getting fixed. They don't care these days just Dollars my husband ran a huge workshop 10 years ago and he was so disgusted, you always took pride in your name not today.

  It is with great regret that I write this review, Unfortunately Mark still has not returned my phone call re the damage to my new FGX XR8 Sprint, it was delivered with mud and scratches to the door trim and the carpet full of mud. All I was offered was a full detail and no replacement of the damaged door trim. Mark explained not our problem as it left our dealership in new condition, he still has not shown proof as promised that my Falcon was signed off from the delivery point in A1 condition and has asked me to take Clancy Ford to Fair trading to resolve the problem. I find that comment very strange coming from a long established Ford dealer. For a few hundred dollars this could have been resolved and Clancy Ford would have had a five star rating. Regards Andrew
