  The staff were incredibly attentive, honest and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. I managed to get a great price on the car I traded in, as well as the vehicle I bought. After sales support was excellent, as it was discovered that the vehicle was missing a spare wheel but they were able to order new one for me and was able to pick it up from a local tyre business rather than having to travel back to Dubbo. I can't comment on what they are like with financing as I didn't get any, but it was great being able to pay a deposit on the day and transfer the balance when the banks opened. All in all, they are very good at what they do and would buy a car there again.

  The staff at Ozcar in Dubbo went above and beyond in helping us choose and gain finance for the car we have always wanted. The staff were super friendly knowledgeable and great in the vehicles they had and what they could get us. Great big thanks to Derek and Nykia who were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Will never deal with another car yard but this one. Thanks heaps guys The whole staff came highly recommended.

  Fantastic trade in price for our car. Friendly not pushy salesman who was extremely helpful. Would use OZ Car again and have recommended others.

  Selecting the right car was made easy by Chris, one of the sales people at the Dubbo branch and Ian went out of his way to help us out. The minor issues that we have with the RAV are being looked out and covered under the warranty, even the missing keys for the roof racks is being dealt with as a matter of importance. The free loan car has made leaving the car with the mechanic hassle free, and who can complain with fixed prices services. All in all I am really happy with the car and the ongoing service that OZCar is providing.

  Very Friendly sales personnel. Their customer service is great. I was taken care of when I waiting for my car to be checked. A courtesy car was given to use. Not forgetting the cups of cold water & hot coffee.
