  Stay away spend your money elsewhere.service manager told my wife to &£¥₩ off out of his yard. Had 2 motors in our pt cruiser cost 12 thousand dollars ended up going to consumer affairs. UNCOOL!!! .Rachell caines love my pt motor went had to take it to Sainsbury rud people the stress they put you throw Shane is Mr personally good luck speaking to the owner there is no one who care about you or your vehicle stay away they will take your money lie if your car smoke it means something is wrong with the motor shame on you Sainsbury shame on you where's the owner the one who takes the money I give you a 0 out of ten the manager takes complaints whith a smile smerk on hes face does nothing p.s. they get paid to treat us like we don't matter stay away burn your vehicle don't let them touch your vehicle don't let them touch anything dear to you Sainsbury you mean shambury

  Very rude salesman!!!!! We drove from Newcastle to look at a jeep. Some guy Terry asked us to put a $1000 deposit on the car for them to hold it and if we don't like the car we get the deposit back. We drove from Newcastle and found the tyres on the car were completely bald and there was a big screw sticking out of the front tyre. We advised the salesman that there is a big screw in the front tyre and he got very offended and started being rude to us and said he was disappointed that we are not buying the car. We asked if we will get our deposit back but he did not even let us speak and kept cutting us and finally asked us to go to fair trading if we wanted our money back!! I am appalled by the service and would ask everyone to stay away.

  Terrible experience. I drove 4 hours to view a car in their yard to discover it was not safe to drive back to Newcastle (nail in tyre)and they even refused to give back my deposit on top of being rude. They could have at least not be arrogant and rude knowing that I wasn't fooling around, and wasted my whole day driving back and forth.

  unfortunately not very happy with service found a vehicle i liked, put in an offer someone exceeded my offer, i was given an opportunity to match offer, which i said i would and all i wanted was some paper trail of work that i was told had been done to ute. In between waiting back to hear about paperwork, ute was sold to other party and whats worse i didnt even get called about it i had to call you!!!!
