  Karen and Chris go above and beyond for their customers and are such beautiful people. I definitely recommend using Budget over all of the other rental facilities in Dubbo. Very professional, clean and updated vehicles, and friendly service that you can't get at any of the other facilities. If I could give them 10 stars out of 5, I would.

  I arrived to Dubbo with 3 kids and lots of luggage, Karen went out of her way to have us picked up from the railway station and taken to the office to pick up the car and organise the paper work. Karen and her husband were very friendly and professional. On my return I dropped the car off at 1.15pm though the office closed at 12 noon Karen and her husband waited until we returned the car and then offered to take us to the railway staition.
