  Second day on our trip out of Qld we had a water issue being lack of pressure and unable to use onboard shower. We called into Ryan's Caravans at Dubbo and spoke to Malcolm Bird who advised us to return in 2-1/2 hours and they would fix the problem. Back at 3pm and problem was fixed with minimal fuss and happy to get us back on the road.

  Scott also fixed the door on the van to make it close properly and when he noticed one of the clips was a little off on the closing of the van, he fixed that too!

  On Friday 7th July, 2017, I walked into Ryan's Caravans at Dubbo with a pretty major problem with the winch on my Jayco Swan. I couldn't wind the van down and after limping got it from Dunedoo, I had come to the assumption that I was going to have to leave my van there and my road trip was over.

  When I came back, Scott the mechanic/serviceman, had manufactured an extra part to not only fix the winding problem but to make winding the van up & down a lot easier too!

  The team from Ryan's Caravan was extremely helpful, lost the cover for our gas hot water system on our Goldstream camper travelling back from Adelaide to Hervey Bay QLD. They not only had the part we needed in stock but went the extra mile to help us out. As we would not get into Dubbo until after 6pm and the following day was a public holiday. They arranged it so we could pick up the part we needed that night and not waste an extra day waiting, as we had a deadline to meet. Would highly recommend Ryan's Caravan to anyone that is looking for great customer service. They delivered on their promise.
