  Great winter sales at the moment. However, after making my choice I walked around looking for sales attendants to purchase my goods. Hard to find any! When I found them they kept their heads down fussing, almost seemingly avoiding customer contant. Regardless of their appearing to fuss over stock, the place was dishevelled & it was only 9.45am. Finally after a lap or two in the woman's section and finding no help, I was greeted by a smiling face in the make up section. Her smile, pleasant manner and assistance turned my experience around. Thankfully you have a young lady by the name of Mel Dubbo Myer on Friday 30/7/17 or I feel I would have left feeling less than satisfied! Old shabby building, messy and no customer service. You need to lift your game Dubbo Myer!

  Not enough staff, too long waiting at counters and today false advertising on sale items. I went to purchase a men's jumper on a rack directly under a 40% off sale sign. The jumper was the same brand and same style of clothing as indicated on the sign above it. "Apparently" the sale was only on the jackets on the arm of the rack NEXT to the sign, not below the sign. Hmmm makes sense.

  Went to buy mens after shave...they let me smell them all until i was happy with a product..very nice and helpful
