  The flowers arrived half an hour before I was to walk down the aisle, they were the wrong colour and the wrong arrangement (which was a last minute decision that they had phoned me about on the morning of my wedding- and cost me an extra $200!).

  I strongly do not recommend using Flowers By Jennifer, their service was terrible and they refused to refund the whole amount paid for my flowers.... my dead flowers, in the wrong colour & arrangement!

  I am located in Albury and found Flowers by Jennifer on the internet. After reading the reviews was confident in ringing Flowers by Jennifer to place an order. At 10.15am I ordered flowers to be delivered as a farewell gift to a friend on her last day at work (that day). The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. After the order was placed I found out that my friend was only working a half day that day and rang back at 11.15am to see if the flowers could be delivered before 2.00pm. Flowers by Jennifer had already delivered the flowers. And, when they went to the office address I had provided they were advised that my friend was working at a different office that day. Flowers by Jennifer delivered the flowers to the second address without any hassle and at no extra charge. What fabulous service. I have no hesitation in recommending Flowers by Jennifer.

  I was in Dubbo recently and visited Flowers by Jennifer- what an amazing shop- its so bright and filled with beautiful flowers balloons gorgoeus teddies and lovely gifts. The gollys are so cool and the breathing puppies are adorable! Jennifer was super helpful and the whole experience was so much fun. I can highly recommend ordering flowers plus great extras from flowers by Jennifer.
