  It was a horrible experience from the moment I walked in. There were 2 ladies in the shop. The one sitting at the back was really polite and professional. But the one at the counter was rude, disrespectful and patronising. She was callous and accused me of not listening to her (because I browsed through the shop instead of rushing to where she wanted me to be/see). I understood that the shop closes at 12:30pm on a Saturday and it was only 11:30am. I was forced to pick out something quick; asked for her opinion on options, and she arrogantly rushed through the worst flowers she could pick and formed a bouquet (disregarded what I wanted). I paid $35 out of courtesy and respect for her efforts, for a bouquet of dying flowers.
