  I have found the product range great with good prices and specials. The owner went out of his way to help me, even taking me over to the warehouse so that I could get a better idea of the colours available for a particular lounge suite.

  My Uncle and his partner recently purchased a bed from the Dubbo store and paid 600 for the Laura bed frame (of course they kept the receipt). After two weeks of owning the wooden structure broke in half leaving the bed caved in and unusable. My Uncle and partner returned to the store and were served by a very nice dark haired middle aged woman who attempted to organise a replacement however when she rang her male manager the manager advised he would send the bed away however in the meantime they could 'sleep on the floor' . When they raised the concern that they shouldn't have to sleep on the floor after 30mins of back and forth they were offered a bracket so they could fix it themselves despite the bedhead now being twisted (photos were supplied). What a disgraceful way to treat customers! The lady who served them tried to be helpful however her manager cared more for dollars than sense! DUBBO is a small town and word of mouth truly is valued and travels fast. Shame!
