  Very poor experience. The gym facilities has a very weird feel and lacks the sufficient equipment that other gyms have. The facilities mainly need to be upgraded as some of the machines didn’t function properly and were cheap 2nd hand ones.

  Worst health club - my husband and I recently moved to Dubbo and signed up with them. We were shocked to see nearly PORNOGRAPHIC videos played on their TV's within the gym. We complained to the staff as well as the manager. The staff told us that they have issues with it too but the manager/owner will not change it. We spoke personally with the manager, and he told us that teens like the videos and that he does not want to lose THEIR business. He said that he gets cussed out if he takes the videos down, and wants to keep teens and young guys in their 20's happy. My husband and I were so appalled and we ended up quitting the gym. This is NOT a family-friendly environment. The manager/owner is like a cheap car salesman - someone who doesn't care about what is right, he only wants to make money. I would not recommend this gym to anyone. Although the nearly pornographic content is played at all hours of the day, it is especially prevalent during the hours of 4 to 6 pm. Since there are TV screens all over the gym, it is in your face at all times. Many students, teenagers and young people use the gym after school and see these images every single day. It is appalling. Please go somewhere else as you will not get anyone who cares about you at this gym.

  Had a great time. Staff are fantastic very helpful. I have not been to many Gyms. They have been very helpful with all my concerns.

  Great gym! I love the relaxed the relaxed feel that makes you feel comfortable (particularly if you are picking up your exercise routine after some time off). Everyone is so friendly and it is a great place to workout! Definitely recommend it to any Dubbo locals or visitors!
