  After a long period in hospital, I drastically needed to strengthen my body. I knew a normal gym membership wouldn't work because I would just stop going after a few months as usual. After an initial consultation with Pete it was clear from the start that I would get so much more from the environment created at Fisique. Support, motivation & encouragement. And after 2 years I'm just as motivated as I was in the beginning! Thanks so much to Pete & Megan for rebuilding me, here's to many more years of fun

  I have been at Team Fisique now since Febuary and litually my life has changed for the better. Not only am I getting fitter, more confident! I am part of an amazing team with such supportive people! Team Fisique is allowing me to regain my confidence and live life to the absolute fullest.. I highly look forward to every class.
