  I do most of my hardware and garden shopping needs here at Bunnings DUBBO. I have found that all of the staff are friendly and help full .... Accept in the garden section ... All the staff there are great to ... Accept for the older lady there ... I don't no her name but twice now have approached her for some information ... And on both occasions i have found her very rude and very abrupt ... Bossy and a no all ... if you want any advice in the garden section take my advice ... And don't go to her ... if she is not happy in the job ..She should not take it out on the customers that help pay her wages.

  Helpful staff makes finding what is wanted easier. This store is open very convenient hours. The in store wifi, lots of parking, in store cafe and children’s playground makes a very pleasant shop. There are charities selling sausage sandwiches and drinks on weekends.

  The customer service over the phone at Dubbo Bunnings is terrible!!! Every time I have rang, (which is at least 4 times a month as we have a trade account with them) I was spoken to rudely and bluntly and I felt like they did not want to deal with my phone call, which isn't a difficult one. All I ask is to be transferred to Trade Accounts & they seem to get agitated over that.

  Good place to get what you need but staffing needs to be better managed weekend's and public holidays are a killer long waits and no so called expert help at counters when you need it.

  Great bunnings store with a wide variety of products and most staff know where things are and what you need. However i do find that the self serve checkouts are never open and its extremely annoying when its peak hour on a Saturday and there are only 2 staff on the checkouts.
