BEWARE BEWARE. Maternity Staff are not consistent, different doctors different opinions due to lack of communication between staff. Charts not read properly so chance of over medicating or not enough. Some staff can't tell the difference between amniotic fluid and wee. Not enough testing for issues. Heaps more issues. BEWARE

Many locals don't realise what a wonderful service has been provided.

So I say to the minority, take heed of where you are working and ask yourself if your actions and behaviours are supporting the wellbeing and recovery of people that require a peacful and quiet environment.

This minority of Doctors, Nurses and Secuity staff behave as though they are on a primary school playground with no regard for the laughter, shouting and cacophony of noises they create and the heightened levels of distress their actions cause the patients.

A word to those three peackocks in a tail fanning contest - A man will be measured by his actions, not by the volume of his voice.

On Saturday 18 November 2017 my wife was conveyed to the Dubbo District Hospital where she received wonderful treatment. From the time the Paramedics delivered her to emergency to the time she was released every member of staff were unbelievably 'top class'. The professional yet caring treatment and later diagnosis we received confirmed we have a marvellous emergency centre.

The Hospital is understaffed, but they try so very hard, they help us, calm us, protect us, thank goodness for security.

5 Stars for the majority of nursing staff and wardsmen, the medical care has been superb, however there is a minority of staff who forget that they are working in an environment where the patients require peace and quiet to assist recovery.

Only negative comment must be directed to those attending that same hospital. Someone had walked mud and dirt from the main entry through to the casual attendance section. Another male was witnessed to 'spit' on the footpath adjacent to that seme entry door. Empty beer cans and other rubbish thrown about the driveway in lieu of the garbage receptacle.

In particular there is a trio of young males that arrive in the mornings, charts and rolling laptop at the ready who are either:

The experience I've had here is amazing. The Doctors, Nurses and all staff are so kind.
