No frills. Clean and tidy. Off street parking.

I used my own sheets - and glad I did. When I pulled off the sheet to my bed, one side (on their manky mattress protector) had a blood stain, the other had a spill that looked very much like a urine stain.

In the end, maybe I got a bad room - but that wouldn't make sense. I am doubting the 5 star reviews (especially ones without comments) are real. But if they are, then some people must love living in filth.

Absolutely appalling, Bed sheets had stains on them, I can only guess what from, hair in bed, toilet full of toilet paper, oven looked as though it had not been cleaned since the last time it was used, still had crumbs and other food stuff over the cooking trays, coffee mugs still had remains of the last cups of coffee made, food containers still in fridge from obviously last guests, lights in second bedroom didn't work, Then to top it off we went to the meals room for breakfast at 6.35am to find what we thought was one tea bag left but it was only the satchel it should have been in, not bad for the breakfast room being open for 5 minutes.. I had to give one star because I couldn't post otherwise DONT STAY THERE Oh yeah and the door jammed in the frame you had to shove it to get it open or closed

If owner defends their motel - then I'll also attach onto this review the photo's I took. My room was indefensible. Note: my company paid $155 for me to stay here. I then stayed in Narooma at a lovely motel during the long weekend for $95. The cheek! My company has also been informed about this motel - they have permanently lost our business as we blacklist very poor motels!!

Mould was found in a large section of the cornice's, walls and ceilings. The bathroom drain (on the general floor) was full of I don't know what - it looked like congealed fats with hair and what I think it cigarette butts.

The windows had some wooden shutters that wouldn't close properly - this would allow anyone to peek inside. So you can guess what I did with their bed sheet (and some duct tape)!

I'm compelled to write this poor review, for the sake of those looking for a place to stay in Dubbo - please avoid at all costs. I'm having to stay in motels all up and down the countryside for work, and have a very good idea of what standards to expect from accommodation providers. In a nutshell - I wouldn't recommend this place even if it was the last one available in Dubbo.
