  Only if im desperate do i go here. As a former RN, i can confidently state that this place fails on so many fronts - quality of service provided, attitudes of the doctors (like they are only doing a rural placement so they can get their permanent visas - a couple have outright told me so; and a few are quite creepy), abominable wait times, lousy reception and dirty waiting room. The ?RN in the treatment room had no idea what she was doing. Staff (drs) generally rubbish at dealing with children. Not personable at all.

  Horrible place. The staff are rude and incompetent. The doctors hardly speak English and have no idea what they are doing. The wait times are horrendous 3+ hours. The doctor I saw refused to even look in my throat and immediately prescribed me antibiotics for “what is definitely the flu” - I’m a young girl and even I can tell you that you don’t prescribe antibiotics for the flu, not to mention refusing to even look at me! Total and complete incompetence. Does not deserve a 1 star rating, more like -1!

  Nothing short of disgraceful ! My daughter presented to the western plains medical centre on Saturday evening at approx 7.30 pm in extreme pain, 10/10 to be precise,to be treated ( if you'd even say that) by Dr T Karataev for the entire 10 mins- no vitals checked just sent on her way with a script of antibiotics and pain relief. I presented with my daughter at 3.30am Sunday morning to have her admitted with a potentially serious medical condition at Dubbo base hospital followed by a 3 night stay thus far , with IV antibiotics , fluids and pain relief - blood tests , ultrasounds and CT scan. This is not good enough ! Is this what our community deserves.... Will never have to any of my family present to this clinic again....

  Not very impressed. Just over an hour wait time. Doctor refused to prescribe me something I've taken before due to his personal opinion on the matter (seriously!).
