  The air conditioner is old didn't work properly, had the front off it. Tea and coffee facilities was limited. For the price we paid there are much better places to stay. I rate it a 1

  Thanks for the Great service and comfortable stay. We stayed in a 4 person room. It was quite spacious for 4 people. It would have helped to have a couple extra chairs and extra crockery (plates/bowls) to warm food up on as there is a microwave. The bathroom is a good size too. Thanks for room service as it helped having stock up of things after 2 nights. Good value for money.

  The restaurant part of this place is actually called Belotti's Italian Dining, and is (obviously) Italian food. They have authentic food and you can order a full 3 course meal plus dessert if you wish. Overall they have very great food but are you need to dress up, as it is fancy, but quite expensive.

  Fantastic restaurant with superb seasonal menu. Having been lucky enough to have attended functions and dined with friends I cannot fault anything. The service was impeccable, and the food! From the entrees to the desserts, you can not put a foot wrong with anything you select because it will be delectable. Would recommend this to any Dubbo locals or visitors!

  The bar is a great place to relax, I always enjoy a few beers, last time I was there I really enjoyed the Pact Brown ale.
