  Outstanding service from everyone in that shop, I'm an older Aussie, all the staff have been very patient as I catch up with today's technology, staff & product like this is why I give telstra the flick 30 years ago, keep up the good work guys

  I was served by a lady at this optus store, she was very rude from the start. She wasn't listening to me and didn't care what I had to say. She ended up setting me up with an internet plan, and somehow she managed to create a huge mess. I am currently on the phone with optus trying to sort it all out now. Thanks for not helping

  Very poor service...so rude....dont Talk to Rachael...I have not seen any worst customer executive in my life....Try to Find Melisha.....if you want best customer service from Dubbo optus. Rude....rude...rude...

  Absolutely terrible, making us jump through hoops to add a another phone and then more hoops to pick up a new phone. Makes me want to return to telstra.
