    Good product range, friendly staff, felt like I'm shopping in Germany. Only woke up from that illusion when I realized the woman at checkout couldn't understand my German.

    From the almost always three quarters full carpark to the pay for the shopping trolley to the pack your own groceries, Aldi gives you what you pay for - no nonsense shopping. Their prices are cheap. However, if you care about where your products come from and you don't like money going off shore then you may want to pay more at another supermarket.
